- freshly rebuilt Commercial Colt 38 Super, converted to .38 Special Wadcutter by master gunsmith John Giles and recently rebuilt by Greg Derr with a 1:10 KKM barrel. SN 111684, dated 1953
- Greg Derr, 2019 APG Pistolsmith of the year, rebarreled, stippled and re-blued the gun.
- Fast twist 1:10 KKM barrel and EGW bushing.
- 2.5lb crisp trigger with very short reset, no dragging on the half-cock. The perfect crisp trigger.
- Stippled front strap and MSH.
- Flawless blue finish, brushed/polished flats and matte rounds.
- Grip and thumb safety blended to frame, none of the slop you usually see on old commercial colts.
- 2 tuned triple K magazines
