Allen & Thurber Dragoon Size Pepperbox. .36 Caliber. 6-Shot, engraved nipple shield, and engraved frame. Bar hammer marked Allens Patent. Barrel rib marked ""Allen & Thurber 1837 Worcester"". Also marked on another rib ""Cast Steel"". Barrels have approximately 93-95% blue with some light patina but mostly blue. Grips are near excellent with 98% original varnish. Action works perfectly. Dragoon size Pepperboxes are hard to find, especially in fine condition such as this!
