We offer you a “GORGEOUS” Cased Smith & Wesson Model 27-2 .357 Magnum 3T’s Revolver Complete in Case.
We offer you a Smith & Wesson Model 27-2 “The .357 Magnum” double action revolver with a 6 inch barrel. The serial number on the gun is N447947 which makes the production year right around 1978. The left side of the barrel is marked "SMITH & WESSON" and the right side is marked "S. & W. .357 MAGNUM". The yoke cut is marked "N447947 / MOD. 27-2" and the yoke is marked "82X2X / F8" with a "2" marked on the cylinder face. On the left side of the grip frame is marked "F8 82X2X F16". The underside of the grip frame is marked " N447947 ". The right side of the grip frame is marked with an "I” inside a circle "5459" and an "L" inside a triangle. There is a large S&W logo on the right side plate and the four line “Marcas Registradas” address on the right side of the frame. Being a dash-2 version it has the pinned barrel and recessed chambers. It is a 3T's gun with the target hammer, target trigger and target grips. The bluing is in excellent condition and shows a very small wear spot on each side at the muzzle. Both grips are in pristine condition as you can see. The hammer and trigger both have very vivid case colors and show little wear as you would expect. Lock-up is very tight and the timing is excellent with no issues. The revolver functions as it should and has a very nice trigger. The factory wooden case is in excellent condition with both original blue inserts. In the case is the original screwdriver and cleaning kit as shown, along with a complete paperwork package with a completely intact warranty card. We have shown the complete package in the pictures for your consideration.
