Description:
This is a very clean and very lightly-used Beretta Model 92FS 9mm pistol complete with the original box, owner's manual, and extra magazine. This Beretta was built in 1993 and has apparently lived a very easy life, as it show very, very little to no wear. The Beretta Model 92FS has long proven to be a superb weapon, whether in service with the U.S. Military as the M9, or whether in civilian hands doing duty as a range toy/self protection gun. This DA/SA semi-automatic Model 92 FS 9mm pistol features a double stack 15 round magazine, a 4.9" inch chrome-lined barrel, a durable factory black Bruniton finish, 3-dot combat-style sights, an ambidextrous safety/de-cocker, and checkered black plastic grips. This particular example is very clean and handsome, rating 98%. The only deductions come from some very minor handling/storage marks in the black finish, with the vast majority of these located on the lower edge of the front half of the slide. The bore is mirror-bright and perfect, with sharp lands and grooves in the rifling and no visible imperfections. The slide-to-frame fitment is excellent, and the action is both slick and smooth. Barrel lock-up is perfect when in battery, and all of the controls still feel like-new and are in perfect working order. This Beretta has not even begun to be broken-in yet, and should function just as well today as it did the day it left Beretta's U.S.A. factory 28 years ago. As mentioned before, this Model 92 FS comes with with the original outer box with the serial-numbered end label, the inner plastic box, the owner's manual, and a total of 2 15-round factory magazines. This Beretta would;d be perfect for someone looking for a fun but functional 9mm semi-auto pistol that they can enjoy shooting at the range, but still count on 100% as a self or home defense weapon.
