Winchester Hotchkiss Model 1879
Winchester's first bolt-action rifle, this gun was manufactured during the first year of production, 1879 (Serial number is 240X).
The bore on this rifle is in extremely good condition (90%)
24" round barrel, military wind gauge rear sight. The saddle ring is missing, as indicated by photos. Carbine length.
