Many firearm companies have their shotguns made in Miroku Japan.
Charles Daly and Browning to name a couple. Why they do a darn good job.
This is not like the present Turkey models, Although they too are getting better.
The 32 inch barrel on one side says Charles Daly Ridgefield CT Superior
12 gauge 2 3/4”. The other side Miroku Firearms MFG CO Kochi Japan.
Barrels are built to specifications for a certain purpose. This one with 32 inch barrels would work well shooting Trap.
Blueing is great, the scrolling on the reciever, trigger guard is beautiful. The shotgun is balanced and just heavy enough to take most of the recoil. It has a monte carlo butt stock, gold trigger, very nice butt pad and a full ventilated barrel with two white beads.
It looks as if it is new with extremely nice wood and exceptional blueing. It is still pretty stiff which translates it has not been used a lot.
Built mainly for Trap. The bottom barrel is Modified. The top barrel is full choke. Serial # S611391
