Description:
This is an exceptional all-original 1980-production Smith & Wesson Model 63 .22 caliber stainless steel revolver. This 4" inch S&W is in excellent condition overall, and has the sought-after pinned barrel. This Smith is very lightly-used and has been very well cared for. The stainless steel is still bright and clean with some very minor handling/storage marks and a faint drag-line around the cylinder. The bore in the 4" inch barrel is pristine, with perfect, sharp rifling and no visible imperfections. The six chambers of the fluted cylinder are equally as clean and free from any damage. All of the factory markings are crisp and clean, and both the face of the cylinder and the rear star are in excellent shape. The original factory grips on this Model 63 are also in like-new condition with very miniscule amounts of visible wear. The checkering is still crisp and clean on both sides of the factory grips. These original grips are perfectly fit to the grip frame and the reverse of the right grip is numbered to the gun as it should be. The action on this Model 63 is smooth and timed perfectly. This Model 63 is in 100% mechanical condition.
