*** SOLD *** SOLD *** 1938 (serial # 366327) Savage 99F Lightweight take-down in 30-30 Winchester with a 22" barrel, in very good condition with a shiny bore. This is the first "checkered" straight stock 99F that has gone through my shop and it's a nice one!.The 99F was the first checkered straight stock 99, debuting in 1938, with a distinctive checkering added to the grip. You will very rarely find a 1938 30-30 Winchester in this condition, which was a very popular caliber and was a top choice for hunting, lightweight and fast handling. A Savage classic in pretty good shape for being 83 years old, don't let this one get away! $50 S&H to most of the lower 48. Eight far west states at $60 S&H. Post office money orders preferred for payment, with checks taking 2 or 3 days to clear. No warranty stated or implied by the seller. Consignment gun-no return. Lay-a-way is available!
