Although these guns have a reputation for displaying less than ideal mechanics, there were only a total of approximately 262,838 Model 100s ever manufactured, making this a sought-after addition to many Winchester collections. This Model 100, chambered for the .284-win caliber, incorporates a smooth dark walnut 1-piece stock with floral engravings and intricate checkering surrounded by rounded border edges, sling swivel studs, a push-button safety, notch rear sight paired with a fixed front sight post, a detachable magazine, and a blued finish.
