This Winchester shotgun was produced in 1903. The shotgun's serial number is 67759. It is chambered for the 2 7/8 inch 10 gauge shot shell. It has the 32 inch barrel full choked. The action is tight and works smoothly. The hammer is color cased. The stock and forend slabs have no cracks or damage. The overall original bluing would rate a 97%. The assembly numbers match the parts. The bore is bright and minty. There has been no alterations done to this shotgun. This Winchester has seen very little use or shooting. This is certainly a high quality collector grade Winchester! These early model 1901's in this quality of condition are very difficult to find. Most of these guns saw hard field use and rough hunting conditions. Included is two original Winchester shooting grade hunting load number 4 shotgun shell boxes. These boxes were some of the last loads produced for the 2 7/8 th inch shells. My Dog Kai Just Wanted To Go Hunting And have his picture taken! He Is Not For Sale!
