This EW Bern Swiss Ordinance Model 1929 revolver in 7.5 Swiss is in very good condition. The Model 1929 was designed by Colonel Rudolph Schmidt for the Swiss military. The Model 1929 revolver is the improved version of the Swiss Model 1882. The Model 1929 has better ergonomics and is manufactured with a higher quality steel. The Model 1929 was produced with red, black and brown hand grips, with the first 7000 of the 1929 model year in red only. This makes this model just a little more scarce. The blued barrel and frame are in very good condition, with a small rub mark on the LH front barrel, most likely from holster wear. The blued 4 1/2" barrel is very good with sharp clear rifling in its bore, The factory blue curved SA/DA trigger is firm and crisp on release. All Model 1929s' have the lanyard ring attachment for military purposes. No box or other accessories are included. 7.5mm
