WWII U.S. Inland M1 Carbine. Serial number indicates the gun was manufactured by Inland Manufacturing Division of GM produced between September 1943 and January 1944. 1944 Underwood barrel with flaming grenade. Serial number marked behind foreground iron sight with "Inland Div" above. Chamber near wood marked "U.S. Carbine Cal. 30mm". Safety switch to front of trigger. Magazine release marked "M". Bright and clear bore. 17 inch barrel. Stock marked "IR" and "MR". Wood shows normal wear from age. Very good overall condition. One 15 round magazine.
