S&W Model 17-2 .22 Masterpiece fitted with a 6 inch pinned barrel, checkered Walnut service grips with S&W medallions, target hammer, patridge target front sight, adjustable rear sight, is blue finished, and chambered in .22 LR. This 1968 vintage double action 6-shot revolver is in fine condition, retaining 80-85% original blue, with most thinning and loss due to holster wear. The grips, which do not number to the gun, are a little oversized and are in very fine condition, retaining most all of their original finish, with no cracks or chips. The bore is bright, with sharp rifling, and the action functions perfectly. Sorry, no box or paper-work.
