Description:
This 1946 dated 8mm Turkish Mauser Model 1938 has a 29-1/4” blued tapered round barrel mounted with an adjustable rear sight and a drift-adjustable front sight. The top of the receiver is stamped with arsenal markings and the date of manufacture. The bore is very good. The Select Hardwood stock with metal buttplate and handguard are in good condition with the exception a small chip on the toe of the buttstock where a splice has been placed. Please Note: This firearm still has its original cosmoline packed throughout in order to preserve it. The gun features a bayonet lug, a bolt disassembly tool on the buttstock and a cleaning rod. The numbers on this gun are non-matching. Length of pull is 13”, overall length is 49”, weight is 9.5 lbs. Our stock number is #C189. Will ship to any FFL, anywhere in the United States.
