Description:
Made for only a few years, in the early 20th century, the Ithaca Minier is one of the rarest of American made doubleguns...Most were made with twist steel barrels...This one has fine Krupp Fluid Steel barrels and is a Grade 2, with modest engravings...The 28" barrels are choked ic and cyl..2 3/4" chambers with excellent bores...14" length of pull over original buttplate...Most of the barrel blue is present...Case colors faded away...Wood finish looks original, except where varnish was added to seal wood repairs at stock head...A brass bolt has also been added to stock head to reinforce repairs...Overall fine shooting and cosmetic condition...
