Description:
Price reduced to $6700.

Original owner selling Perazzi competition model MXS 12 ga, with 30” O/U barrels equipped with Briley Ultralite full length tubes in 20, 28 and .410 gauges.  All gauges have interchangeable screw-in chokes.  The factory barrel has skeet screw-ins, only.  The tubes have a variety of skeet, IC and light Mod.  All of the chokes are made by Briley, which offers a full range of chokes for this gun.   Included are all the Perazzi and Briley paperwork, a Negrini case, and the tools.  I bought this gun new from Pacific Sporting Arms East in 2019, after the end of the skeet tournament season in New Mexico.   I practiced with it on skeet fields with perhaps a dozen boxes of ammo before putting it up for the winter.  I shot a few more boxes in skeet practice in 2020 before the pandemic shut things down.  I did not shoot this gun for more than a year.  I never shot 12 ga. ammo, and never competed in any tournaments, with it.  I estimate that, before I put it up for sale, I shot about 500 rounds, or 20 boxes, with this gun, more or less equally divided between the three sub-gauges.  I shot 5 more boxes of .410 last week, raising the total to about 625 rounds or 26 boxes.  For all practical purposes, the gun is new, with virtually no mechanical wear, unlike myself.  I am getting older, haven’t competed in at least 20 months, and am winding down.

This a sporting clays gun with a nickel finish and factory adjustable comb, unmodified in any way.  Like most sporting guns, it is equally at home on a skeet field, and with these tubes and the right chokes, it can compete in any event in any tournament in either discipline.  It lists, new, for about $9,000 according to Hi-Grade Shooters Supply, the tubes and trigger tuning from Briley list for about $2,000 and the Negrini case for around $460, for a retail value of roughly $11,500, leaving aside all taxes and shipping.   The gun, in 12 ga., weighs about 8 lbs, 2 oz.   The tubes weigh about 12.5 oz per set of two.  The LOP is 14.75”.  The trigger is tuned for the tube set, has been flawless, and has great feel.  I did pick up one small target chip hit on the lower left side of the stock.  It’s hard to see and to photograph.  Otherwise, the gun is perfect.  I am selling the gun for $6800, plus $100 flat rate shipping and insurance for a total of $6900 (as originally listed).

I won't be able to ship the gun between 7/9/2021 and 7/23/2021.
