On Hold Sale Pending. US Springfield Model 1863 dated 1864 58 caliber Civil War rifled musket. Full 3 band dark walnut stock is in good condition with numerous dents from military use. Full length 40" rifled 58 caliber barrel with front and rear sights. The functioning lock is marked US Springfield 1864. All metal parts have a dark brown patina and some scattered pitting.
