5 inch barrels 52 caliber smooth bore guns are 9 1/2 inches oa ; guns were not made for this case ;;;;;;;; the bullet mold appears to be correct caliber ;;;;; guns case will close with gap;;;;;;; powder flask has seam split and broken spring ;; these guns marked b&c ie in oval ,gun dont show much use but improperly stowed and could be cleaned of light surface rust to look nice work fine in dry fire bayonets numbered to guns , the bayonets snap out nicely but you can see 1 is missing lock mechanism but stays out by pressure on base of bayonet case is is good condition but lid is warped and 1/4 inch gap shows on right side,;;;; grips are nice with most of the original varnish;;;;; the case would make a good addition for correct size pistols pretty sure this is a french proof mark
