Description:
Excellent condition Enfield 1853 model with clear Confederate markings as shown on p116-117 of "The English Connection" by Russ A. Pritchard. This Enfield is in fantastic shape with excellent wood (no cracks or significant chips) and clear markings. There is some pitting on the barrel reflective of a used musket but nothing detrimental. Comes with nipple protector and Manchester marked bayonet.
