The beautiful Midas grade factory engraving by 'Bleus' features bold foliate scroll and punch dot background with 3 gold inlaid pheasants in flight surrounded by a gold wire on the left side. The right side shows 3 gold inlaid ducks in flight surrounded by a gold wire and the bottom has a gold inlaid quail in flight. Additional foliate engraving is on the forend hardware and a 2 1/4" wedge on each side of the rib.
A dark colored piece of highly figured European walnut was used for the flat knob, pistol grip stock and the fancy checkered, flat bottom, beavertail target forend. This piece comes complete with a Browning takedown luggage case.
