EARLY PARKER BROS. PH GRADE DAMASCUS 12 GA. SIDE X SIDE SHOTGUN CIRCA 1892. 28” Damascus “TWIST” barrels with 2 9/16th inch chambers and choked Improved Cylinder and Cylinder. Number 1 frame. Nicely figured walnut checkered pistol grip stock with original Parker “Dog Head” hard rubber butt plate. 14” pull. Drop 2”, 3”. Checkered forend. Weight 6 pounds, 2 ounces. Very good overall with plum Damascus finish mixed with patina on barrels. Frame and mounts with brown patina and traces of finish. Stock with worn original finish. Forend with old repaired hairline near release lever. Very tight and in perfect working order. Bores with light pitting and fixable dent on left side of left barrel 8” from breech. Nice very early “P” Grade with small No. 1 frame.
