Description:
Smith & Wesson Model 629-5 chambered in .44 Magnum. This 629 is fitted with a 6.5" barrel, full lug, red ramped front sight, adjustable rear sight, rubber grips, and full stainless steel construction. This 629 appears to be "Like New in Box" and seems to have been test fired only. The stainless steel is in excellent condition and has very minuscule amounts of handling wear. The cylinder has a very faint drag-line around the cylinder. The bore in the 6.5" inch barrel is excellent, with sharp rifling and no visible imperfections. The six chambers of the fluted cylinder are equally as clean and free from any damage. All of the factory markings are clean and visible, and both the face of the cylinder and the rear star are in excellent shape. The action on this particular 629 is very crisp, perfectly timed, and has an absolutely positive lock up. This 629 does include the orginal factory hard case, owner's manual, and test target.
