Sporterized Gewehr 98 in 8mm Mauser. It was made at the Danzig Arsenal in 1916. It has the original barrel and stock, but both have been shortened. The stock is fair condition with numerous scratches and dings commensurate with the age of the rifle. The barrel and receiver have been refinished and are in fair condition. The bore is in good condition with sharp rifling. Includes leather sling, bipod, and Simmons scope. 8MM Mauser
