Description:
Manufactured from July of 1943 to March of 1944, this 2nd Block production Underwood M1 Carbine is in "shooter grade" condition. This M1 has been reworked and is a mixture of parts from different manufacturers. The "SA" marked stock is in good condition with no cracks. The Underwood marked barrel is original to the receiver and is dated 10-43. The muzzle erosion gauges at a 2 and the bore is bright. The barrel sports a type-3 barrel band/bayonet lug and is marked "J.M.O". The barrel on this particular M1 Carbine is marked "BLUE SKY ARLINGTON VA" along the left side. This M1 passes headspacing tests and is in great mechanical condition.
