Description:
This is a Browning BAR Grade III chambered in 30-06 Springfield with a 22" barrel.This rifle is in excellent condition. (98%+) The Grade III Browning was introduced in 1971 and discontinued in 1974. The engraving was hand done and consisted of about 50% fine fleur-de-lis scroll that surrounds detailed game heads. On the 30-06 caliber there was an Antelope and a Deer. All the receivers were greyed steel finished and the triggers were gold plated. All of the top three grades had hand stoned and fitted parts. This rifle has factory adjustable sights. As you can see in the photos it has beautiful wood and bluing. Sorry no box or papers.
