Manufactured from 1957 to 1966, The Colt Colteer 1-22 is a single-shot bolt-action rifle chambered in either .22LR or .22WMR. This particular Colteer 1-22 is chambered in .22WMR and features a 24 inch barrel, adjustable rear sight, plain walnut stock, and grooved receiver. This rifle is in 100% original condition. The blued barreled action retains almost all of its original finish minus various light handling/wear marks and the light scratches along the bottom of the barrel. The stock is in excellent condition and shows no signs of cracking, only various handling marks. The original Colt butt plate is in good condition but is cracked at the lower screw. The chamber and bore are in fantastic shape and the rifling is still bright. The grooved receiver is in excellent shape and the grooves are free of any major dents/dings. All mechanical aspects of this rifle function 100% including the rear sight, trigger, bolt, and ejector.
