Description:
This Savage was manufactured in 1961 as by the lever boss code "M". Metal appears original and wood has been sanded with a coat of semi gloss finish added. Buttstock has been cut to 13 1/2" and a Pachmayr butt pad added. Barrel has a few marks where metal has been worn or scratched off. Receiver blue has faded with age and also has a few light scratches. Top of receiver has been drilled and tapped. Case color appears original but has been coated with a protectant.
