Very nice Winchester Model 70. Built in 1950, it retains 98% original blue. Light carry wear to the muzzle, trigger guard and sling mounts. 24" barrel with an excellent bore that retains the original front sight and hood. Rear sight has been removed . All the metal is smooth with no sign of rust or damage of any kind. The stock has a few handling marks along with some minor safe dents and is in very nice condition with no signs of wear or damage. It has the correct checkered steel butt plate.
Overall this is an excellent pre 64 Model 70 and would make a nice piece in your collection or as a using rifle. It has minor wear and use but is all original and untouched by modifications. Please give Raff a call at 760 497 7836 if you have any questions and thank you for looking
