#RR006040, Blaser 30-06 Model R8 Professional Straight Pull Bolt Rifle, It Remains New and Unfired, Made in Germany in 2012, 22" barrel without open sights, Detachable magazine box that includes the entire trigger housing, Excellent trigger let-off, The barrel cylinder is factory cut with 4 notches for the Blaser quick detachable saddle mount, It has a manual cocking safety slide on top of the receiver, When the slide is in the rear position you have a un-cocked striker and locked bolt, Move it forward to cock and push the back down to decock it, The barrel assembly can be removed and replaced with another chambering with no change in zero, The bolt assembly can be changed for any cartridge as it can for a right or left hand bolt Synthetic stock with elastic inlays at the pistol grip and the forend for a smooth and solid grip, Sling eyes on the stock, 14 5/8" LOP over a factory 1/2" pad, 7 lbs. 8 oz., This Blaser system has a lot of followers and many riflemen swear by them.
