Description:
Savage model 99EG in 300 Savage. Built in 1954,this rifle is factory drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Other features include an engine turned bolt,hand checkered walnut stock and forend,brass cartridge counter,lever safety,and factory steel buttplate. This rifle retains 95% of the original blue and wood finish. The stock is sound and free of any cracks or damage. The 24" barrel has a mint bore. The rifle has a Bushnell scopechief 3x9 scope installed. The sling swivels have been added and are the only alteration to the gun. A great classic deer rifle set up and ready to hunt. C&R eligible.
