Description:
The Winchester XPR Bolt-Action Rifle boasts a button-rifled, free-floated chromoly steel barrel that is thermally stress relieved to ensure exceptional accuracy, even during long strings of fire. The bolt features a nickel PTFE coating for smooth operation and superior corrosion resistance. The advanced polymer stock sports textured panels on the forend and pistol grip for improved grip in cold, wet conditions, while the Inflex Technology recoil pad reduces felt recoil for enhanced control. The M.O.A. trigger system offers a crisp pull with minimal takeup, creep, and overtravel. The barrel features a recessed target crown for improved accuracy, while a 2-position safety, bolt release button, and cocking indicator offer enhanced safety. This rifle features an enlarged trigger guard and magazine frame for use with gloves, and a detachable box magazine makes for reliable and quick reloading. .338 Winchester Magnum
