Sold to David in PA // Very handsome rifle that came to me from a gunsmith out of Montana. It has a barrel that is marked as being a "Shilen Match" barrel. The markings are under the forearm wood, in the chamber area. It is built on a classic Ruger #1 action. The nice wood has been upgraded in the english style with outstanding ebony tip and checkering. 35 Whelen will take anything in North America and is a classic cartridge. You can load it with 200 grain bullets for deer or black bear, and go heavier for the elk and moose. Scope is a Leupold VX-3 1.5-5X and it goes with the rifle. Must ship to an FFL, credit cards add 3%. You will pay actual shipping to your location.
