Description:
RGuns-imported Vz.24 with partially-ground King Carol crest. Made on contract for the Romanians by Brno. Receiver and stock have matching numbers. The bolt is arsenal force-matched, and passes headspace (it's on the tight side of acceptable headspace, which is good). The receiver crest was ground off, as most of these were. As you will see in the photos, the bolt face is minty fresh and the bolt lugs are in perfect condition, showing absolutely zero setback—an indicator of excellent heat treatment, which these rifles are particularly known for.
The bore shows a bit of frost, but is in good condition overall. The extractor and extractor collar are in excellent condition. Included are correct cleaning rod and front side protector.
The stock has NOT been sanded, and shows ZERO cracks or structural damage. Some minor dings and dents are present in the wood surface. The metal appears orignal as from the arsenal. A very excellent example of one of the K98k's best made cousins!
