PRE-WAR COLT WOODSMAN .22 AUTO PISTOL, 4 1/2" BARREL, #142XXX, MADE 1940. This pistol comes with a floral carved, western style "S. D. Myers, El Paso" stamped holster in excellent condition. Overall the pistol shows almost all the blue intact with only some light muzzle wear and scattered wear from handling and edge wear that is minor. The rear sight is screw-adjustable for windage, exc. markings and rampant colt stamping on the left side of the frame, the right grip panel has a crack from top to bottom that has been solidly repaired and looks like a dark line, sharp checkering, Colt Woodsman marked magazine, bright bore, very crisp trigger, great holster and wonderful solid feel to these.
