Beautiful Winchester with Winchester threaded barrel. Has numerous British proof marks. Please see the pictures for the description of the proof marks. Reciever has 3 british proof marks, barrel has numerous proof marks. I believe it was manufactured in 1911. Not sure if it was used as a British military trainer. Very unique, hard to find a Winchester with a threaded barrel. Gun was designed for use with a maxim silencer. Those were the days when you didn't need any paperwork . offers welcome
