Description:
Designed to deliver superior accuracy and tactical training, the Ruger Precision Rimfire Rifle features a Quick-Fit Precision Rimfire buttstock with an adjustable length of pull and comb height. The buttstock and molded 1-piece chassis are constructed of glass-filled nylon to provide a ridged platform for enhanced accuracy, and feature a QD pocket for sling attachment, a bottom Picatinny rail, and rubber buttpad for improved comfort. A 15" anodized aluminum, free-float handguard surrounds the cold hammer-forged barrel, offering multiple Magpul M-LOK slots, and the receiver boasts a flat-top, anodized Picatinny rail. The precision-rifled barrel features a threaded muzzle (1/2"–28) for attaching aftermarket suppressors and muzzle devices (includes thread protector), and the Marksman Adjustable trigger breaks clean from 2.5–5 lbs. The Ruger Precision Rimfire Rifle utilizes the same oversized bolt handle as the Ruger centerfire Precision Rifle, and the bolt throw adjusts from a 1-1/2' rimfire bolt throw to a 3' short-action centerfire bolt throw, reducing the risk of short-stroking the bolt during shooting competitions.
