Payment Types Accepted: money order Description: Here is an original antique rifle/shotgun from the 1840s to 1860s. I can't find a makers name on it but the wood/metal fit is superb. Bores are very good and the locks work well. If a person wanted an antique small game rifle to take to the woods, this would be an exellent choice. It's a Savage Model 24 from 170 years ago. Ramrods seem to be original. The front sight is a covered pin, drift adjustable in a dovetail. There is a regular barrel sight as well as a lollipop tang sight that doesn't want to lock in place. A person handier than me could probably quickly fix this. The wood is exceptionally nice with minimal dings after 170 years or so of existence. It is a beautiful old hunting piece that would work as well today as it did when new. Shipped priority mail to your door in most locations include in the price. SOLD Shotgun Gauge: 16 Gauge Manufacturer: ?
