Description:
This rifle was bought for the first anniversary of a friend of mine, by his wife, in 1960. It has been carefully kept in great condition and used VERY little. It is mechanically in perfect working condition and is only a shade off NIB condition. There is a VERY slight wearing of the bluing on the end of bbl. on one side only. There are two scuffed places in the finish of the stock, one just above the butt plate and one at the rear of the breech. The butt plate is clean, no cracks, dings, or scuff marks at all. The gun has never been marked in any way...i.e. under the butt plate or inside the bbl channel on the stock. It shoots perfectly. Comes with the original hang tag and information packet.This piece would be a fine addition to any Remington collection.
