Description:
This is a very late model 1903 made in 9-44 by Springfield Armory. These guns were assembled during the war with available parts. It has an excellent 4 grove bore in the 24 inch barrel. The stock has been lightly sanded removing all but a trace of the catouches. It has a checkered steel butt plate with trap. This nice clean rifle would made an excellent addition to a WWII collection or a military arms marksman.
