Listed is a 2nd Generation Colt Single Action Army in .45 Colt with a barrel length of 7 1/2". These second generation Colts are getting more rare and more collectible. It is in very good shape with minor wear and strong bluing. The date of manufacture is 1972. It comes with stag grips and original to the pistol factory grips. The action is good and the lockup is tight with no play once in full cock. Rifling strong and bore reflects light. The pistol also comes with a Colt Archive Factory Letter. All proof marks, patent dates, and the serial number are all very visible and strong. There is NO rust or pitting on this beautiful peacemaker.
