Colt Single Action Army chambered in .38 Special. A letter of origin from Colt is included with the revolver. Shipped to Colonel R. R. Studler, Chief, Small Arms Development Division, US Army. He was instrumental in developing the M1 carbine. The beautiful pearl grips are classic for an officers side arm. This is a very nice example of an original Colt Single Action Army. .38 Special
