Colt model 1894 new Army revolver. Serial #103305, 1898 manufacture, .38 caliber, 6" barrel with excellent bright bore. Excellent condition overall, .100% original factory blue remaining, slight fading from age. Excellent mechanics. Fine, clear barrel markings, last patent date on barrel is 1895. Left side of barrel stamped "COLT. D.A. 38". Left side of frame with inspector's stamp "RAC". Bottom of grip strap stamped "U.S. / ARMY / MODEL / 1894 / No / 103 / 305". In addition, bottom of walnut grips stamped "RAC", as well as right grip panel with "RAC" cartouche. Left grip panel with "JTT" cartouche and dated 1900.
