WOW, U.S. COLT 1901 DA 38, CAL. .38, SER. 61672. AWESOME CONDITION. IT HAS RETAINED ABOUT 90-95% OF THE ORIGINAL FACTORY BLUE. THE BULK OF THE LOSS IS DUE TO SHARP EDGE SILVERING, SOME SCATTERED PIN PRICKS, AND A FEW LIGHT SURFACE SCRATCHES. ALL PARTS MATCH AND HAVE THE PROPER "RAC" (RINALDO A. CARR) INSPECTOR STAMPS ON ALL THE PROPER PARTS. THE GRIP STRAPS HAVE GRAYED SLIGHTLY. THE WALNUT GRIPS HAVE RETAINED ABOUT 90-95% OF THE ORIGINAL LACCQUER. NO NICKS OR SPLITS ANYWHERE. ALSO STAMPED ON THIER BOTTOMS "RAC". THE RECOIL PLATE, CYLINDER FRONT AND FORCE CONE SHOW NO USE. THE BORE APPEARS, MIRROR BRIGHT WITH RAZOR SHARP RIFLING NOT A TOUCH OF FROST ANYWHERE.
