Description:
if you're looking for an excellent trap doubles gun for a great value, this is it! The breechface has been bushed in the full-height style, and was well done. Very clean DB81 O/U with fresh bluing on the receiver, trigger unit, forearm iron, safety, and top lever. Barrel bluing shows some light wear, but is in good condition overall. When opening the barrels, the tension is smooth like a new gun. As shown in the photos is a brand new Giuliani rubber comb. The wood easily qualifies as SCO grade—very expensive from the Perazzi factory!
The wood is in excellent condition, and the recoil surfaces inside the head of the stock have been professionally glass bedded for maximal longevity and durability. The glass bedding also gives the stock a rock-solid feel, as if it grew around the receiver. The forearm locks up tight and snug, as you would want it to do.
