Springfield Armory Model 1898 Krag-Jorgensen Bolt Action Rifle in .30-40 Krag. SN #261514. Mfg. in 1900. LOP 13.31". 30" barrel with an EXCELLENT bore for the age of the rifle. Both the Blued Metal and Walnut Stock have been nicely REFINISHED. 5 shot magazine capacity. Cleaning kit storage compartment in stock (cleaning kit not included). Small piece of wood missing in front of bolt. Clear cartouches and stampings. A nice little piece of history in very nice condition. Weight: 9 lbs. Trigger Pull: 3.8 lbs.
