Description:
Scarce Marlin model 336A deluxe rifle in 30-30. Built in 1949,this rifle is in great all original condition. It retains 98% of the original blue and 99% of the wood finish. The 24" barrel has a mint bore with sharp well defined rifling. The stock and forend are hand checkered and show no wear at all. The receiver has the "waffle top" matting. The rifle comes with a period correct leather sling installed. A hard to find configuration in true collector condition. Marked "JM" on the barrel. C&R eligible.
