"Made in 1891. 44-40 caliber with a 4 ¾" barrel. This is a extremely fine example of a black powder Colt Single Action Army! The barrel and cylinder have over 95% of the original blue finish. The frame still has most of the original case colors. The grips are excellent proper eagle grips. Action works perfectly and bore is excellent. Numbers are all matching. This gun comes with a factory letter confirming all features. It was shipped to Hibbard, Spencer, Barltett and Company in Chicago, Il. Black Powder Single Actions rarely come to market in this condition. Absolutely beautiful gun!
