A real nice Winchester Model 94 carbine chambered in .30-30 Winchester coming from a collector's stash. It has the standard 20" barrel and the bore looks great. Serial number is 2395542, produced in 1959. This is an original unaltered gun in very good used condition. Receiver and barrel have 99% of the original blue with traces of thinning along the edges and the underside of the receiver. There is some very fine freckling on the left side of the receiver, otherwise this 94 is free of any rust or corrosion on either the receiver or barrel. The stamped barrel markings are sharp and legible. The walnut stocks are in fine condition with the only a little hazing that can be buffed out. There are a few light scratches on the butt and forend. This rifle has the correct, original front and rear Winchester sights, including the front sight hood. The butt stock has the Winchester flat checkered metal butt plate it left the factory with. In summary, a fine pre-64 Winchester model 94 in nice original condition in a great deer caliber.
