English percussion pistol by Richardson of London. Barrel is 5.5"" and is marked ""London"" on flat. Bore is approximately .45 caliber. Pistol is very attractive with German silver mounts. The lock plate and trigger guard bow are engraved in a flowing fronds. The stock is very good with no cracks or chips. The bottom of the stock at the butt has a small trap for percussion caps. A fine example of a coat pistol for self defense.
