FREE SHIPPING! Excellent condition Remington Model 700 BDL rifle in caliber 25-06 Rem with the standard 24" barrel. Date code "RT" puts production in November 1970, with a serial number of 6386899. One-piece walnut stock has the 2nd variation "ribbon style" checkering, correct grip cap, butt plate and black fore end cap, all having the white line spacers, top of receiver factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting, 4 shot capacity, two-stage safety on right side of receiver (safe and fire), floor plate release at front of trigger guard, open sights.
CONDITION: Receiver shows evidence of prior scope mounting and no filler screws are present so it is ready for you to mount your favorite scope/bases/rings combination. Front and rear sights were removed and filled with the proper plug screws. Stock is sound with no splits or cracks, just normal light marks from hunting and range use. Excellent bright bore. Safety and floor plate release work as designed. Bolt is serial-number matched to the rifle. Barrel and receiver retain 95% bright original blue. Smooth, tight action. Grades NRA Modern Fine. Remington rifles continue to rapidly appreciate in value since the factory closed two years ago (which is about 45 minutes from my house and several friends are still out of work due to the shutdown), so don't miss out on this one!
